Keisha was literally a God send! I contacted her in February and told her that I had less than 6 weeks to be out of my apartment and that I didn't have any money to put down. She asked me what were the things that I absolutely had to have and locations. She immediately got to work. She connected me with multiple different lenders and with the Ribbon program. Keisha did an amazing job assisting us with the purchase of our home. She was knowledgeable, professional, she listened to our needs and wants and most importantly, she was patient with us! Purchasing a home you want to make sure all of your boxes are checked off and you get exactly what you are looking for. This perfect find doesn’t happen overnight. There were times where I would get frustrated with the market and the bidding process or the wait on a new construction build and I’d want to give up. Thankfully, Keisha didn’t let us!
